Birthdays + Other Celebrations by Polyanna Events

Planning an event and looking for a coordinator to assist you? We take care of birthdays, mitzvahs, christenings, graduation, private dinner parties, anniversary parties, baby showers bridal showers, etc. just to name a few. We’d love to help make your event something special. Since every event is different, each of our event packages are customized to our client’s needs. Below you will find a base package. This is included in all of our event packages and you can build your package off of this base package. Our event packages start at $1,200. Please contact us for additional information.

This package is $1200 and includes the following:

  • Trusted vendor referrals
  • One hour meeting (either in-person or via video) to discuss the details of your event
  • Two hour design meeting (either in person or via video) to discuss decor ideas
  • Unlimited client communication (30 days from event)
  • Unlimited vendor communication, to include vendor management and coordination (30 days from event)
  • One venue walk though (60 days from event)
  • Floor plan creation
  • Day of timeline creation
  • Decor spreadsheet provided, to lay out everything that we need to set up
  • Event day management, to include delivery and set up for up to six hours
  • Travel (Includes two trips to the venue -- up to 50 miles per trip) Any additional trips will be billed at the IRS standard mileage rate for 2020 -- 58 cents/mile.

We require all events over 50 guests and/or those with a lot of decoration set up to have a second coordinator on site. This is an additional cost of $100.

  • Budget management
  • Venue selection

  • Unlimited client and/or vendor communication
  • Full decor design, to include research, mood board creation, ordering supplies, and execution
  • Transport decor on event day
  • Invite research and design creation -Gift bag research and design creation
