Planning an event and looking for a coordinator to assist you? We take care of launch parties, branding events, corporate events, work holiday parties, private dinner parties, and work luncheons, just to name a few. We’d love to help make your event something special. Since every event is different, each of our event packages are customized to our client’s needs. Below you will find a base package. This is included in all of our event packages and you can build your package off of this base package. Our event packages start at $1,000. Please contact us for additional information.
This package is $1000 and includes:
- Trusted vendor referrals
- One hour meeting either in-person or via video to discuss your event and design details
- Unlimited client communication (30 days from event)
- Unlimited vendor communication, to include vendor management and coordination (30 days from event)
- One venue walk though (60 days from event)
- Event day management, to include set up
- Travel (Includes two trips to the venue -- up to 50 miles per trip) Any additional trips will be billed at the IRS standard mileage rate for 2019 -- 58 cents/mile.
We require all events over 50 guests and/or those with a lot of decoration set up to have a second coordinator on site. This is an additional cost of $100.
